The room with private bathroom. The location was particularly good, within a close distance from Cartimar. The area was residential.

It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Clean place, cheap rooms, amicable and super-friendly staff. The rooms with aircon and tooth brush, as for instance. Favourable, marvellous location in Pasay district really close to residential area with lots of local eaterys, Metro Manila, and the tram or a bus. Ideal base for exploring Manila.

I recently stayed at Maine City Residences Leveriza for a few days while visiting Manila Adventist Hospital. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, as it was close to both the hospital and the bus terminal and LRT station. The staff were always available to assist with any needs that arose, and I appreciated the complimentary hot/cold drinking water in the hallway. Despite being a compact property, it was well-organized and had a cozy atmosphere. There were also small shops nearby, offering easy access to local food. it was a comfortable and accommodating stay.

The sink in my room was leaking, which could have potentially damaged my belongings if I hadn't noticed in time. I also encountered a cockroach and could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

The rooms were fairly clean and had everything I needed, even a comfy bed. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, being close to the hospital I needed to visit. The staff also provided free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and non-smoking rooms. They even helped me with order food by letting me use their phone. The whole experience was just amazing!
